Hello,
I kindly ask for your advice. I am thinking of buying Mark II 145.034. There are not many for sale now, i found some on chrono, resp. Ebay in ranges between Eur 2.000 to Eur 3.000. I personally think 3000 is too much but probably that is market.....
What is your opinion? I got advice rather to fall in love with racing dial but i cannot help my self somehow....sorry, not adding value to the forum but i cannot somehow find a conclusion. Thank you for your help.

Personally I wouldn't buy any gold plated watch, I don't like the feel or finish which if not mint/excellent can look and feel shabby and worn. But if that is what you like then of course that is fine, just be careful to check the plate very, very carefully for damage as it can't be fixed.

With a MKII I'd say the gold plated version is the least collected and I'd really like to see this E3K watch...for that kind of premium it must be the best out there! If I was looking for one I'd be looking to spend between E1250 and maybe E1750 absolute max for a top specimen, bearing in mind it will probably be needing a minium E300 service of the 861 movement plus maybe parts too.
