I think it is not possibile to weld the triangle on your bezel. The high temperature will melt the bakelite insert 🙁
Maybe you are right.... but the question is if a full restoration (pip and restoring the insert) of the bezel is worth it. What is your opinion on how much is a missing "pip/triangle" affect the price if I will sell the watch?
The insert is near-perfect, I would not touch it. There is a slight chance that somebody could stick it back with a tiny rivet , rather than micro welding

Ok but the problem is that the original "pip"is gone........

Sorry, didn't know what you meant by pip. And honestly have no idea what is better/more valuable to have, a "pipped" redone bezel (including the pip) or a normal without.
I would not touch what is per se in excellent original condition, would rather see if some gifted artisan could reproduce and apply the "pip".
