a $3 China leather is not bad, but there's no reason to carry all that excess baggage...

That's the Jean Rousseau strap! You have to PAY for all the excess baggage!

But for real I've said it before - the Speedy Pro is the best strap watch out there. Almost impossible to find a bad match with any style/color/material.
My personal faves are the Silver Snoopy or barenia straps.

What size is the deployant on the Silver Snoopy bracelet? Looks awesome on a regular Speedy!

Takes the 18mm omega deploy clasp. There are 7 different variations on the 18mm clasp that I know of, but all will work with the strap.
Or for roughly 2/3 price from Omega boutique or dealer you can have one made by their OEM manufacturer to the same specs. PM me if your like the point of contact person at the shop who could help you out.

We are all enablers ...

PM sent! Wow... Is there a thread somewhere or website that lists the various Omega deployants? A quick search on this forum didn't result in anything. Is there one that is most favoured by the community?

I generally wear mine on a bracelet but when I do wear a strap that strap is a gnarly crocco strap...

Just purchased 16mm and 18mm deployants from the same eBay seller.

They're almost too-good-to-be-true cheap, so I might have snookered myself, but what else is new for me???

Any thoughts as to whether they're genuine or not? The parts numbers on the images line up with the numbers forum members have shared with me for the real deal.

I'm prepared to be made fun of, so let her rip.

B&S and Speedy, what a combination...

That is absolute perfection. This cost of this thread to me is rapidly exceeding $1000

Does anyone have a room in the GTA area that I can stay in for the night after my wife sees the credit card bill? I make a mean omelette.

Oh. My. God.

I wanted to attach an emoji, but none of the ones available on the forum accurately represent the sense of shock and awe after I first looked at that picture. For a minute I thought it might be a two mirror reflection trick.

Consider me envious.

excess baggage is necessary =P. Unless you know of a way to get that junk outta my trunk short of cutting it off and making the final result ugg.

Just some friendly advice - if you can, cancel those transactions as they are not authentic in any way. Those have been discussed numerous times on these forums and the fit, finish and operation are very inconsistent.

Remember, on this forum especially research and the "search" function are your friends.

Definitely not - however it's a good 'looking' fake the feeling of the mechanism is so loose here and there (also gave it a try)

Ugh. Oh well... it seems the seller offers returns, so fingers crossed I'll just end up losing the shipping.

For the price I may just keep them and save the bother of having to return them.

$12.00 Ritche from Amazon. I like this strap. Very comfortable and the stitching matches the Lume.
