What's up with the pricing of the new 300M Diver two tone?

Steel/Rubber: $4750
Steel/Steel: $4850 - $100 for steel over rubber seems OK
Two Tone/Rubber: $6500 - $1750 for a bit of gold seems steep
Tow Tone/Two Tone: $9700 - $3200 for the two tone strap over rubber seems like highway robbery.
