You must see the letter in the serial number in the lug to get the year (from sources in the internet). 2 liners 14060’s were produced from the early1990’s until 2007 so it’s a big gap and if the dial is original you can’t tell the difference between a 14060 and 14060M.
The run was indeed that long, but the changes from tritium to SLN and the switch from lug holes to no lug holes narrows the range to a 4 year period as @Monobike suggests.
But considering the OP hasn’t been back since Sunday, I guess he got his answer.

Well no one commented on the obvious issue….
Let me pick your brain here! I have a Z series 2 liner 14060M. It’s supposed to be one of the last 2 liners but I can’t be sure. I read that Z series M’s ran until June 2007 when Rolex changed to COSC and thus 4 lines. Is there any way of confirming if My Z series was produced in 2006 or 2007? Thanks!
Thanks for your vote of confidence, James, but I'm afraid I don't really pay much attention to post-tritium Rolex so I wouldn't know anything more than the OP can easily find on the internet.
Thanks. I also have a tritium DJ from 1995. Would the original price tag of the Sub give any clues as to who sold the watch or where? My tag has the serial number for the M and bracelet, but wondered if there any codes that indicate who sold it originally?
