路I don't see what's wrong with the hands. They look perfectly good to me. I would say the watch should fetch around 200-250 dollars if it runs and keeps time as the case seems in good condition and it has the Omega strap and buckle which is a plus.

They are the right shape, but it seems like someone painted them white. Should be silver imo for this reference.
