Today this is having a day out. I bought it on a whim for not much money from a guy I know. It was his granddad's watch but he had no interest in keeping it.

Being an Omega collector from way back I thought I would clean it up (it was very grubby) and move it on, but I have become so fond of it I can't let it go. It is a Jamboree manual of 1966, with the heavy gold capping you see on contemporary Constellations and Seamasters. I love the clean, simple movement too.
