PS- there’s a saying here for watches like these “NFW”. People told me it meant “nice” .. er.... “fine watch”.

Quite humble compared to your treasures but I was delighted to find it after a 2 year hunt.

You shouldn't under rate that watch.... its a sweetie and I'd be proud to put it beside ANY of mine!!! That centre seconds is sublime!!

Very kind of you, for sure it is one of my best acquisitions but of course I am biased. 😀

Today I put on my Longines Ultra Chron.
Dial displaying even hours in Arabic number, not a common design.
The 5Hz hand is smooth and a reminder that high beat technology is already available in the 70s.

Glad to hear this was not a case of « driving while intoxicated by a watch». 😁
It would be great to see it some day, but the owners are more interesting to me than the watches!

I have about 5 of these with this type of dial. I think I bought this about a year ago.

I've got a bit of a thing for 15.26's and 15.94's.... I think I have around 40 of them.
