What to do now with my 30sct2‘s military

So I’ve been sitting on this supposedly military omega for a while as it needs a balance wheel this is watch in question
I made a thread about this a while back asking about its authenticity and got some mixed responses so maybe some different people see this one.
I’ve recently just received this another 30sct2

a blind purchase with no movement photos and got lucky exactly what I need but now having second thoughts about what to do I don’t really what to destroying this one just for a balance wheel
I believe this has been put in an aftermarket case probably was due to age or got damaged etc.
The movement is in excellent shape and keeping very good time but I am a little concerned on how good the hands are and the dial what are your thoughts ?
could this have had a redial at some point with some NOS hands or is original
My question is ,
should I put this balance wheel in my other watch and get that working,
Swap over the movements and dials and have the better dial in a correct omega style case
Or leave them alone and try and purchase another military style case and bin the other and wait and see about getting just a balance wheel to repair the other

My projects box is getting bigger and bigger but can’t turn a very good price as opportunities don’t come around often for these old watch’s

how would I go about getting the omega with the damaged balance in the first pictures authenticated ?
as if it’s genuine I really don’t want to be messing about with it to much definitely not swapping dials and hands.
Somebody did mention that the underside of the dial should have some engravings or something?
Thanks
Looking forward to your thoughts

The dial and hands on your first watch are original, but the movement looks tired with quite some corroded parts.
The dial on your recently acquired example is reprinted and the hands are wrong - they wood look nice on a British military watch though...

My take:
swap the movements but keep/install the bridge with the serial number of the first watch, so at least the movement matches the case.
So you will have one mostly original watch - except maybe the markings on the outside of the case back - I am not sure if they haven´t been added later.

Hi the only thing that looks like it could be for a 6b/159 are the hands on the second watch, the case movement and dial aren’t correct.
Nice watches though

Look at the minute track on the second watch. Definitely repainted.

Thanks for your views and input i think I’m going to wait and try and pick up a different case for the second movement as with the first think it’s best to keep it as one I don’t want to mix and match. And wait for just a balance / repair movement with good balance

Yes there’s parts where it looks a little off because the camera is picking up to much detail lol looks better in person but saying that wouldn’t these have been hand painted back in the day and surely wouldn’t have been 100% anyway?

I think, both shown Omegas are not RAF 6b/156 pilots watches.

Little update purchased another for the use of the case the movement was completely shot / dial and wrong hands. This is more period for the year of the movement and purchased some nice nato style straps yes I believe they may not be 100% but I’m happy with them. Just got to trim the stem down a little.
