·I don't agree with Tag Heuer being a bad swiss watch. It's like saying a Chevy/Ford is a bad car.
#2 and #8 are related. If you can see that you don't need to know the phase of the moon, or you don't need to have an in house mechanical movement because it's "not a quartz or ETA", then you can stop somewhere at 1-3 .
