I mostly alternate between a pair of Altras for work and LEMs for casual outside of the home events. Similar to these but a lighter shade of brown and gum sole. Mine are quite beat up now.
I built up to these minimalist shoes and thankfully have never had any issues with my feet despite being on them all day. Those LEMs are probably the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn.
I haven't been back in the office since March 2020, so all my dress shoes are languishing in the closet. These days, the weather isn't great, so it's either the Heschungs, Frye GYWs, or Paraboots.
Another fan of Paraboot here!! Probably have 20 pairs at this point (mostly from the Casual and Outdoors lines, as the rubber soles are the most comfy and resistant ones), some of them dating back to the late 90s and still going strong despite the fact that they were re-soled at least twice.
