·Don’t think it is an Omega bracelet. Looks like someone put an Omega clasp on an aftermarket stretch bracelet. But I’m no expert.

·Omega made a stretch bracelet called a fixo-flex, but the clasp was different. I have not seen examples like yours, so I suspect Donn is right.
