·The “model” would be “gents manual Omega” or something along those lines. No model name. The reference number should be on the inside of the case back. I don’t know how it would’ve looked like originally, the dial has been repainted.

and since the dial has already been repainted, taking away any originality, I’d replace those hands. They look like c**p against that dial!

·I also think that you should replace the hands..do not match with the look of the watch anymore..

·That is a nice looking Omega watch, though as others have previously pointed out......yes I would have those "nasty looking" hands replaced or maybe restored if possible to at least match the dial markings?
