What watch is this?

This was passed down from a family member, and I'm having a hard time figuring out what model exactly it is. The papers and box may have been lost somewhere. Whats known is the constellation series but thats more self explanatory. Despite it's state, I would love to restore this piece, so any tips and tricks on those would be greatly appreciated.

Have it opened and post a photo of the movement.
If it's a genuine Omega movement, I'll eat my words.
