Vintage Omega Reference ID Help: What Is This Ref?

I have this Omega Vintage and i have no clue about the model of this watch. Does anyone knows what reference is it?

Can’t really see the reference number on inside caseback, but looks like 926 H.

Going to sell more as a piece of jewelry than watch. Diamond size. Gold weight.

Take it around to some jewelry gold buyers.

Check eBay and see what similar watches sell for

Looks legit and maybe late 80s/1990s based on the ETA movement. The style looks earlier and won’t be a quick sell today esp with a brown dial but it does look high quality. A better pic of the move eg might reveal the omega movement number added to the ETA base unit. That could help narrow down which models used it.

Hmm, still not crystal clear but the movement looks to be model 1455 maybe? That is based on the ETA 976.001 which was introduced 1984. More importantly you show the serial number there which at 47.88m (or so it looks) suggests manufacture in 1985-86.

It is a nice thing, the diamonds are clearly high quality but cocktail watches like these are no longer as desirable as they once were so as noted above, the value won't be much ahead of the considerable gold (and not so considerable diamond) value.

Further study of the hallmarks may tell you more about were the case was made. It might not be Swiss but rather local production which would explain the unusual case number format and lack of Swiss Made text on the dial. This is not to suggest it isn't genuine, this was a common occurrence with precious metal watches like this back in the day.

I agree, The hallmarks are not Swiss from what I can see.
The maker mark on the left, I think I've seen it before on French produced cases.
Much clearer photo needed to clarify the marks.

I've said this before here (on other threads), but this is actually valueless/near valueless as a watch. Ladies watches like this are just not appreciated anymore or collected by anyone. Add in that this is a cheap quartz movement (yes, despite the Omega 1455, labeling, ti is an off-the-shelf ETA 976.001), means that it is not something basically anyone has interest in.

The reference number (926h) doesn't show up anywhere, which tells me this is likely a 'locally cased' watch. Basically, tariff situations in many countries meant that it was way too expensive to import complete watches, so they (Omega/partners) instead imported just the movement/dial/hands, and put them in a locally made case.

ALL of the value in this watch is in the case, as melted gold/diamonds unfortunately. Fortunately, if the bracelet is also solid gold, you possibly have a thousand or two in melt value. $7000 in ANY "dollar" currency is probably a dream here, your AI is

Side note: That crown is something special 😁 The cartier-style crown is I would guess not original. The fact that it is sitting so wonky is also quite special.

Yep. A gold buyer. A fair one will give you maybe €75-80 per gram for it. Minus the non-gold weight which looks non trivial as there is a metal spacer ring round the movement, a movement which of course is also not gold. There is maybe €3-4k of in gold there at a guess inc the bracelet which looks heavy.
