What model is this?

I've liked Omega watches for some time now, and think it's time to buy one. I've looked at this Omega Constellation from 1993, but I've tried to find one like this one, but can't seem to find another that looks like this. The white XII confuses me a little. Why is the XII white on this one, but not on every other I've looked at? If anyone has some more knowledge about this watch, please tell me.

The black paint has come out of the engraved XII.
