Hi Guy. It's an Omega ladies cocktail watch, not worth repairing. Take it to a gold-buyer. Bye guy.

It is an Omega Sapphette. Synthetic sapphirevcrystal, faceted like a gemstone. This was a top of the Omega line in the 1960s. Manual wind, 14 or 18 karat gold case. Try to find a lady in your life that would enjoy it, and have it serviced. There isn’t a battery, so she’ll have to wind it. Sell it for scrap. Really?
