Added a new photo of the back of the watch. Couldn’t find anything with the number in it.

It also helps to ask nicely, if you expect people to spend time helping you. And also provide more info. Why do you want to know? Are you about to purchase it, have you inherited it or do you want to know to flip it?

It appears to be a genuine fairly late model manual winder. We have had a few over the years and they are reliable runners 👍

If you open the caseback there’ll be a model number on the inside of the caseback you can use to search online. Just be careful not to mark the case…

Looks rather like the DeVille models seen around ~1999. Probably quartz movement, the 1538 at an educated guess. I don't think Omega were making many manual winders at that point and the serial is typical for a late 90s quartz model, the autos were usually 60m then 80m (though there are exceptions), quartz were often seen in the 50m range. The bracelet is an aftermarket replacement.

The watch looks perfectly legit but is not massively desirable, a few hundred at most.

Looks like a 4510.31.00 De Ville Prestige Quartz:

I inherited the watchs and I am looking for more information on it. I don’t care about prices or money, it was my late fathers, and his memory will stay with me on this watch. Good points, thank you for your help.

Sorry to hear of your loss - my own Dad passed away in November (three months tomorrow) and I have his watch - also an Omega quartz that I had given my Dad a few years ago and now it’s back with me…

My dad passed away couple of years ago, I am sorry for your loss too, it helps to think that my father used to wear this and now I am wearing it, kinda like I am carrying a part of his memory with me.

Absolutely - and I’m sure he’d be proud to have you wear his watch 😀
