Can I have an opinion on those YouTube wankers that are always spruiking investment with 3 watch books set up on a shelf in their bedroom that’s still in Mum and Dads house. That don’t even have the watch that is worth more than their entire collection of Pokémon cards they just transitioned from collecting to show but link to pictures on the internet of the said watch.

Just asking…..

1. You can still be an Omega enthusiast without whinging about Rolex.

2. Quartz SMPs are better than their caliber 1120 equivalents.

I dislike anything iced out, when it comes to watches the jewels should be on the inside doing something useful!
Sparklies are ok on sheila’s watches I s’pose

I dislike smart watches because they’re usually worn by dumb people.

1) yes
2) mmmmmm I've got a calibre 1120 and my missus has a quartz AT.
I'll have to sit on the fence.

I particularly hate sports and diver watches that are mounted on rubber straps. Put the bracelet back on you strunz.

I think that every collector should own at least one pocket watch, and wear it with some regularity. My wife would edit that to read “No one should own more than one pocket watch”.

What if it’s a proper rubber strap with even a dive extension…

Do have the bracelet also

Was having a hard time coming up with anything but then it hit me. I like “rainbow” watches. That Rolex rainbow is fire.

Nope but you were redeemed by the bracelet.

Rainbow anything is most undudely
Or for a dude who is so comfortable with his own dudelyness that he doesn’t give a single fυck what anyone else thinks. That’s the kind of dude I want to be. Too many dudes overcompensate with dudely things to prove their dudelyness to other dudes because deep down they’re afraid their not dudely enough. I say mad respect to a dude who rocks a rainbow while all the other dudes are buying hype watches to flex on other dudes. Know what I mean dude?

Just to be clear, I’m not attacking you or your comment. I’m just saying, rainbow watches are cool and totally for cool dudes.

I love the Seiko AGS/Kinetic movements, and their inimitable 90s styles. It's a dead end in evolution - or maybe a stutter on the way to the spring drive? Anyway, I find their quirkiness and unreliability very charming.

Looking for a new bracelet for my Arctura if anyone has one lying around!

never seen a watch from Audemars that I like…

I find the Rolex Daytona unattractive. Have never understood why people want to pay

Patek Philippe watches, especially ones with complications such as perpetual chronographs, are a hot mess

think the Patek Aquanaut sucks

I’ll see you 4 after school…

The Aquanaut? Nice on it's metal bracelet.
Blue dialed PP? Sharp.
Daytona? Same as the Aquanaut...bracelet needed.
AP? Gorgeous!
