What is wrong with this SM300 165.024?

Dear community,
this particular omega Seamaster 300 on eBay attracted my attention:

www.ebay.de/itm/282467713240?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

After checking the pictures and comparing a few things do not match for me. But maybe I am totally wrong?
As a reference I use the following guide:

http://thatwatchandmore.blogspot.de/2013/03/buying-vintage-omega-seamaster-300.html?m=1

Considering this I noticed the following:

The Dial looks fake to me (stubbies under the hour markers, way Seamaster is written, wrong and almost closed number fonts...)

Crystal seems correct and original to me, same as bezel

Is the caseback a military issue? Engraving inside looks completely different than the regular casebacks...

Would appreciate any comments ideas and additional information!
Thanks for reading, would appreciate any ideas and information!
Best

Alex

He only sends to Germany so you probably can't see it in ebay.com. I can in ebay.es.

You're not missing anything😉

And here he's saying something about "There seems to be some writing on the back but I can't quite read it - could be W10..?"

Looks all wrong to me.

Cheers, Chris

Under fair use to discuss something not for profit no issues.

Typical "Stubbies" counterfeit dial, likely the rest of the watch is counterfeit as well.
