What is up with this dial?

Hello, I'm Andrei, archaeologist by trade and lover of antiquities / vintage objects and retro stuff in general (I'm typing this on an IBM Model M keyboard, but I digress). I'm not very knowledgeable on the subject of watches in general, but I have a few automatic wrist and pocket watches because, to quote Marge Simpson, "I just think they're neat". Have always gone for cheap models like Seiko, Orients or Casios. But for some reason I've always wanted an Omega. So I keep reading online and browsing, window shopping and I come across this one:

Seller didn't post ref. or details except it being from '69-'70, and 18k solid gold and no photos with the back popped off.
So I've been trying to find information online and the only other dials that have the Constellation on top and the rest of the writing on the lower part were for the Japanese market, like the one below. But all of the Japanese ones also show the date, and have the 'automatic' written under constellation.

The Ω on top and OMEGA on the bottom are also written on the dial and "officially certified is missing". So after playing spot the difference, my question is: why is the dial so weird? Is it a redial? Also are the lugs weird?

Also if anyone is curious the asking price is around 1800€, and here's a pic of the derriere.

tl;dr - what's up with this dial?

Thank you! I was looking for a few hours and couldn’t find it, didn’t want to contact the seller because I wasn’t going to buy either way, was just curious. Thanks a lot for your help
