What is this?

Hi everybody,
this watch is 65mm, radioactive and runs perfectly ... but I fail to open it. The bezel does not rotate, no traces of an indicator on the inside of the bezel. Some internet references suggest (Romanian?) airplanes. Does anyone know this model?

Just managed to open it. A 19.71N from around 1939. As usual Longines will confirm date and country, so I'm still interested for what exactly this watch was made for 😀

Thanks everybody! The watch was most probably installed in an IAR-80/81:

Besides some poor pictures, I found a digital recreation of the cockpit including the watch. It was made for a video game. Fascinating!
