168.005 is the reference number

the other is the case number from probably a local manufacturer(not SWISS)

or a complete fabrication made to deceive.

Not a big fan of the Medallion on the back

caliber is wrong (565 not in the chronometers) but caseback i can see (if original) be one made in latin america...if so...

It is possible it is a locally made case, but as noted by TexOmega, the medallion looks poor, or clumsily made. The lugs look very polished and worn. Also, the hands are not correct and there is no chronometer certification on the automatic winding bridge. This reference should have a calibre 561 or 564, so if it is a 565 that is also incorrect. I’d stay well away from this one.

My money is on a correct, late, dial with painted indices in poor condition, wrong hands, wrong crown, wrong movement and a fake case.
