Well, they built nice watches
There was a lot of small brands that only put their name on watches produced by others ("Chronographe suisse" is maybe the most known provider). A lot did not survived and it is very difficult to find information about them...
When I say "produced by others", "others" usually produced the case, hands and dial, then put in it a movement supplied by other big names of the industry such as Landeron or Venus. It was a very common practice for watch manufacturer to not build the movement, and even high-end brands worked a lot like this: Breitling/Venus, Heuer/Landeron then Valjoux, Rolex/Valjoux, Omega/Lemania...
Yours hosts a Landeron 39 if I am not mistaken. The case looks like nickel-plated brass. Very common back in the days (because it was cheap, while steel was very expensive because of the war and post-war reconstruction) but as it is a softer material, the case usually end in a very bad shape... Yours lost a bit of plating but it looks in good condition overall. And I like the lugs
