What is this, a Primero G581 without Tachyscale?

This one is very appealing to me (inspite of the dirt on the face), but could not find a 2nd one, neither in the web, nor in Roessler.
Seller says, it is a G582, but these have panda faces and tachys, as far as I know?
Crown seems to have no logo. It has 17Jewels, meaning it was delivered to the US, due to the known import restrictions, but that is more or less all I know. My horological knowledge is not good enough:

Is the movement technically as good as the ones with 31Jewels?
Seems to be a rare bird, but is it a legit G581 or what?

yes, G 583 sold in France, legit. 17 jewel models identical to 31 jewel movements, except for the jewels. The nonjeweled bearings are not necessarily high-wear, so not much compromised be being non-jeweled. Import tax thing - 17 jewels cheaper to import.

    Ah, merci, je comprends!

I was noticing and wondering already about the meaning of these marks, when looking on another G583 in an italian forum,
which has these owls above the case ID.
Both of these siblings have identical first 4 case digits by the way......

This the front of the above .....also quite nice ;-) ......drooling.....

Isn't the crown supposed to have the Zenith logo on it?

Shouldn't the pushers also be a little shorter? It is my understanding that the case is the same for the G581, G582, and G583. That said almost all the others with this case have fairly short pushers like this G582:
