Let’s see what you get.
I get a similar watch but without the cro-magnon studpuppy follicular action.

I see the same as Cicindella, and I'm sure the page wasn't in my browser's cache. Safari.

OK. Maybe the issue has been fixed on web links.

Bill and I couldn’t get this to work via text messaging.

That’s the frustration.

Opening your link on my phone I get a page telling me this item is no longer available and offering alternatives. Clicking on the image of the "no longer available" watch, that takes me to the completed auction listing.

However, selling on eBay, I have seen for some time that multiple purchases from the same buyer no longer automatically get grouped together with combined postage. Other changes to eBay's TOS; constant emails about my listings containing inappropriate embedded media (there is no embedded media); changes to the mailing pages attempting to force me to purchase through Royal Mail online; hiding buyer's address details unless I use eBay's billing system (which over-charges for postage); being charged a percentage of postal costs by PayPal .... All these small things are seriously diminishing the appeal and benefits of selling on eBay.

Perhaps OF needs an auction section.....
I've been wondering about that since I first joined. Thank goodness somebody has raised it.👍

Hi Tony

remember the links I sent you about a few watches, they did not work.... Evan has it narrowed down to possibly the iphone app and txt messages... but I sent them to you via email...

Will see

Best

Yes, Bill, that is true. So perhaps the sending device/software is the offending party.

Had the issue with paypal as well. Bought something, tried to pay but it wouldnt go through. And i had a balance in paypal and in the credit card.

Ebay charges too much and sellers and buyers agreed to compete transactions outside of ebay. Ebay noticed and they try to take action

Could it be that the mail app cuts the links into two pieces when it is displayed in two different lines of text?

Paypal are worse. I've had a payment pending for 10 days, even though it cleared from my bank account 5 days ago. I sent a message and got an automated reply. You have to reply to that to get an actual answer. And then when I try I get: "We're sorry, the message didn't send properly. Please try again" and then when I try again I get completely blocked and can't even access the site.

"Access Denied: You don't have permission to access "http://www.paypal.com/myaccount/home" on this server"

I think that eBay want to isolate the communication outside eBay..anyway I also had problems with PayPal and eBay in the past..very annoying.
Yes PayPal are worse. It's difficult to contact them by email and they don't have a chat which in my opinion it's the best method to communicate if you are from other country.
