Here are the parts returned from Omega after repair. The clues are in the thread title and the 2 smallest parts above the dial

Are you asking a legitimate question, or do you already know and want people to guess? The dial feet broke off. Or were broken off during the service. That's a whole lot of parts to replace, so I sure hope this was under warranty.

Yes Ive had it for 5+ years and never wore it golfing, until I chatted with AD and asked him if it would be ok to do so, and he said sure. I wore it once for 18 holes. The next day the dial had rotated with the 12:00 marker almost to the 3:00 position. Both feet were sheared off. Unfortunately no longer under warranty very costly. Learned this lesson the hard way!!

Man, you should have seen the mess when I wore my Railmaster and thought I could drive a train...

I'm guessing that those double-sided sticky dial pads weren't deemed appropriate? I can see the helpful AD would want to rake you over for the cost of his ill-chosen advice. Bummer.

That happened from one round of golf? Do you swing a golf club like Bryson Dechambeau? I would think there was already stress placed on dial feet for that to happen.

Ha! Hardly!! My mistake for consulting the Watch seller , not the watchmaker. I’ve worn it regularly but not hard.

Sheared off dial feet more typically happens when there’s a drop.

So it was the seller who led you to the fairway?

You know it's just a SWAG but I'll bet on every golf course around the world there are people happily teeing up with their best "look at me" watch, their everyday watch and nobody else is having a rotating dial issue.
