What do you use your bezel on your Seamaster and Planet Ocean for besides diving?

I use mine more than I ever use a chrono.
I used to use it for diving, but I don't dive any more.
I currently use it for cooking Pizza (20 Min); gym sessions( short is 25min, long is 55min); Reffereeing kids soccer(25min per half).
Sometimes I set it to the hr hand for longer time periods. E.g. a 3 hr parking zone.

I just got back from the gym, it is set at 22 minutes past, & I feel no urge to reset it.

What kind of workout do you do? It doesn't bother you to wear a wristwatch?

A related question: How many of us keep the bezel set to the 12 o'clock position when we're not timing something? I'm pretty OCD about it - I can't just leave it set to some random spot for hours on end ...
I am worse. When I see a diver watch listed for sale and it has not set the bezel at 12 it makes me question about how serious the seller is about making a good impression with the listing and the presentation of the watch.

A mixture of weights, weight machines, rowing, cycling, elliptical running.
It bothers me not to have it, as time is important. It doesn't irritate me.

I learned to take watches off for tennis, which is the only thing I did with fast arm movements.

Absent mindedly fiddle with it quite often other than that nothing what so ever. I even try to rotate the tachometer on my speedmaster even though I know it doesn't go anywhere.

This sounds EXACTLY like me, and thank goodness I'm not the only one that tries to turn the bezel of my Speedy.

That’s almost as bad as blinding someone with sun-glare reflecting off a crystal. The option to do so is another argument for no AR coating.
Good idea. Actually getting together with the buddies Thursday. I will give it a shot weather should be good and we will be outside lol
