I saw a steel version currently for sale for about 5000€.
I doubt that you can find a good dial. If I remember well, @Northernman is hunting a dial for his 30CH for a long time now.

·Last year there were a few 741x watches floating about. I bought two steel ones.
One in very good shape, the other in fair shape for a 1960s watch and I saw maybe 5 others for sale. So not that hard to find, but expensive.

·The oversize Wittnauer Weems carried a Longines movement but it was also signed Longines on the dial.

·The companies were connected but not the watches. Longines distributed watchss through Wittnauer and later (post war) bought them. But Wittnauer and Record watches don’t carry Longines movements- and are therefore not Longines watches.
...but Longines carried some Record movements renamed after the merger
