I agree with much of what has been said. The date wheel should be silver/metal. Also, the insert looks like a blue back which would not be period correct. Most importantly, the dial / hands need further investigation as a Mark 5 dial is appropriate for this serial.

Thanks to everyone for the replies. (Un)fortunately it sold so quickly, that I wouldn't have bought it even if I wanted to 😀
GMTs are much trickier to me than Speedies are, but it's true that a bright white dial like that looked bizarre!
