I read the cork on the bottle of 1990 Chateau Suduiraut I opened in preparation for tonight. 😀

I also might have a crush on miss Crowley.

That’s ok, I have a thing for Scarlet Fu on Bloomberg TV. She’s a cutie! 😉 😜

I usually get time to read at night, and as againg eyes have necessitated longer & longer arms, I too have moved to electronic media.

The ease of adjusting font size and then using a reversed sepia tone on a black background makes the experience much more bearable.

Added to that is my fuddled memory and the ease with which twisted plots can be recalled is also a god-send.

Recently finished re-reading all of Terry Pratchett's works started upon his death and have moved on to some Stephen Baxter and other Sci Fi titles.

I've moved more into that genre in the last few years.

Most recently completed the "Expanse" series, recently made into a TV show by James Corey
I love Pratchett and Baxter’s sequel to the HG Wells is excellent. Couldn’t get into Corey. I highly recommend Iain Banks Culture series and Joe Abercrombie’s First Law trilogy. Love Warhammer 40k, but author quality varies. Dan Abnett is generally excellent, however.

Loved the TV series, never knew there was a book.
Loved that show. Especially the episode that attempted to show that the width of a Roman War Horses Ass partially defined the design of the Space Shuttle.

Recently finished this book. Interesting read. I devour non fiction books. I just love the idea that authors work on a book door multiple years and i can get their expertise within days if i try my best.

Waiting for my next flight.

The cover looks terrible, but the books are great.

Great book. The entire sage is so long though. I stopped reading it after the ~10th book.

I met the author once; he's an engaging speaker, and just as interesting in person as the TV show was.
