Two books and one with a surprise (watch was not included) 馃榾
I started watching Apollo documentary on Prime, I think. And I started reading a book on Apollo. The watch has stirred my interest.

I purchased a Lego lunar module set and the Lego Saturn V rocket set. Both are 'retired' models. This takes me back to my childhood. I will start these after I finish the Titanic model...

Watch related, not a watch, but a clock that looks like a watch.
Can't wait to hang it in the office.
Looks great, Jose!

Watchwatching machine, I already restored it. Time to get some fancy cleaning supplies.

I got one, and if used correctly it works fine.
Same! I use that same one, and its been great. Put the thing on the target, press and hold button, then lift away slowly. Do 2-3 times at various orientations, and it works perfect!

It definitely reduced the magnetization but not completely. Going to take the watch to a WM eventually

Bought these vintage silver watch bracelet tips/cuffs at an antique store yesterday. They accompanied an old electronic Timex. I recognized them as Old Pawn and Native American immediately. I researched the Smith mark and they were created by a recognized artist, Thomas Singer. He was accomplished enough to have his own Wikipedia page and his work carries considerable respect and value. I don't plan to wear these, I am from New England and not the Southwest, so if you call dibs and offer a trade or other, you may well be the new owner. Here are a couple of pics, before and after and a link to his bio.

Interesting - the "obligatory mainspring thingy" a.k.a. barrel closing tool - when you remove the lid, and sit it on the bench by itself, does it remind you of something else in your photo?

If it does, you will realize why I don't have that little balance spring thingy...馃槈
