This is pretty cool to see where the fellow OF members are from. Quite the geographic range!

At last, there's a second Frenchy on that map (me).
Great idea BTW.

I managed to screw that up: I'm in New Jersey instead of Australia.
Great idea, though.

I can't work out how to edit.

No probs, one of us will adopt you.

And of course, adopt your watches.............it's all part of being an Aussie!

Wonder where I will wake up.

I have pinned the highest church tower in the Netherlands. Bummer that my tower has no elevator. It does have 465 steps. And I definitely want to live on the top floor to enjoy the view.

Guess I can:
A. Work those steps daily and get beefy legs
B. Install an elevator (a glass one on the outside)
C. Finally have a good excuse to get an iron man suit

This is the main drag in my sleepy little NJ town of Denville.

It's not on the map, so it doesn't really count yet.

I'd like to see this map, or an equivalent, showing the location of OF recommended independent service centers/watch makers that folks here have used. You know like STS or WatchGuy in the U.K.

I have no idea who to turn to in the Hamburg area for a reliable simple service of a vintage Omega and don't want the risk of a patina-killing full restoration at Omega.
I agree. I'm in the Seattle area and have not found a independent watchmaker....I had a guy in alaska that did for me but he retired back to Europe

Fellow Washingtonian!

@chanbar @kkt I'm going to be in Washington later this summer, any good restaurant recommendations in Seattle or on the drive up to Vancouver? I have one definite reservation so far, Willows Inn, it's about 100mi north of Seattle on the way up to BC

What type of food/cuisine are you into? There are so many good choices. Willows Inn in Woodinville is a good one.
