Just finished watching Man in the High Castle, remarkably good series that I wish I’d gotten to sooner.

I enjoyed this series immensely.

We watched the first episode of the last of us yesterday, never played the games so didn’t know what was going to happen, pretty good first episode I thought

Just finished Echo 3, the 2nd season of Mosquito Coast and season 2 of Slow Horses on AppleTV.
Echo 3 was only mediocre, it is a weak adaptation from an Israeli show "When Heroes Fly" - I really enjoyed When Heroes Fly. I also recommend Fauda, another Israeli show.

Currently watching Three Pines, and Paper Girls. Two very different series, but both done well.

The wife and I watched Paper Girls on this recommendation. Sadly, we only have one episode left.

It’s a great show! Unfortunate that they aren’t doing another season...

Just completed watching the entire series of 6 seasons of Grimm. Twas quite enjoyable, looking online there is a chance of either a spin-off or a 7th season albeit with quiet a gap.
I hope so as this story had good legs compared to some other series such a Buffy, Vampire Slayer which was really great but ran out of steam....I could have watched more of Sarah Michelle thats for sure.

In the meantime I am having to content myself with watching the 2nd season of Carnival Row, only watched episode 1 so far, it hasn't gripped me as did the previous season, I hope it hots up or I will have to watch something else to while away the time.

Well finished Carnival Row and was pleased by the series.

It started slow with the first episode but quickly heated up, with the final in the series being very very good.

Its not often that TV series actually ends but rather they run for so long they end up getting cancelled with no true and proper conclusion, not so with Carnival Row, a very definite ending which concluded every story line in a most satisfying way.

I am sure they could restart it if they so chose but it would have to be a completely new story line.

Waiting on the 2nd season of the Asimov Foundation series but that's not due till mid year however Shadow and Bone 2nd season has just been released which I have downloaded to watch, so we will see how that goes.

There are a couple of ongoing series I am waiting for such as Halo and The Witcher as well either that or I am going to have to see what else is out there to absorb my late night time.

Finished that also - very good.

We also watched Daisy Jones and the Six - apparently based on Fleetwood Mac. Not a fan of Fleetwood Mac, but this was a good series, good music, even though the story has been told in other ways before.

Just started watching Swarm - strange and funny - like it so far.

Also watching the last (6th) season of Snowfall - a show I've watched since the beginning. Hoping they end it well.

Watching 3rd series of The Bureau, about DGSE spies made by Canal Plus in French with English subtitles.
Well made and gripping characters, spans Europe and Syria/Iraq, great stories.
Thoroughly recommend!

"The Glory" on netflix.
Sent shivers down my spine due to the story resembling my personal memories in academia.

Apologies if already mentioned, but just finished Last Breath on Netflix. Riveting doco on a sat. diving disaster in the North Sea. True edge of seat stuff peppered with the occasional SMP300s and Seadweller actually used as tool watches doing what they do best at 300m.

Watched first two episodes of “Severance” on Apple TV. Great cast … it’s like “The Office “ if the office was actually in hell.
