The Recruit on Netflix.
A few episodes in and so far a pretty decent CIA type story. The old “new agent in over his head has surprising skills” kinda thing but not Bourne type skills. Not a bad watch so far.

this is subtle and extremely well done except for the foley on the cats is really really bad lol.

it nails the character progression, story, and dark humor so well.

turns out the writer behind it has made alot of fun stuff with excellent dialogue. Not Sorkin level, but close with way better action and speed.

It took me a while to warm up to The Recruit, though I'm quite enjoying it now. Will binge Slow Horses once the last episode is released 30th Dec, definitely more my liking.

Doing a deep dive into Jack Ryan on Amazon Prime. Finished Season 1 earlier today, and I'm pausing before going ahead with Season 2. (It's been on my watchlist for quite a while, but I got to it a bit late.)

Blizzard here today ... nothing much else to do.

I’ve just started Jack Ryan season 3, can’t fully remember the last season tbh. Just finished the 3rd season of Gangs of London, it was good but I wasn't sure about the final episodes ending.
