Pan roasted pork tenderloin. Coated in smoked paprika, then browned in a pan and set aside:

Onions and granny smith apples in the pan:

After cooking for a few minutes, thyme sprigs added, and the pork is placed on top, and into the oven it goes:

Removed from the oven and the pork is tented to rest it, more smoked paprika, chicken stock, splash of Cognac is added to the pan, along with a little butter. Reduced for a few minutes:

Plated with the pan sauce on top, with a few chives:

Very tasty along with some Jasmin rice...

Jerk chicken. The skin was a a beautiful deep brown. It was photo-worthy.

But we ate it without taking any photos.

Corazon Cocina, Santa Barbara Public Market (although it was lunch).

Everything was excellent including the ceviche.

I will need to develop a practice of actually taking pictures of what I cook.

Pasta primavera ... asparagus, peas, green and yellow peppers, sauteed mushrooms, and garlic, with fusilli. Chicken stock, heavy cream, and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Not dinner, but breakfast...as much of a full English as we could muster...

Of course while watching the final...

With commentary by these guys...

Can’t stand that Fowler guy, but I always enjoy having Johnny Mac and his brother calling a match.

Go Novak!
