Something rather basic as in roast beef with a mustard sauce, roasted potatoes and cauliflower in a white sauce and of course some Yorkshire puddings.

Our Christmas Day tradition is ham, turkey, prawns, salmon and salads. It's summer here but fortunately today is not too hot to eat comfortably outside, around 27C.
