I wear the Omega replica NASA strap quite often...in fact, it's my favorite and most comfortable strap. 👍

So ive tried for an hour to get this to fit like that and cant work it out, and your photos below your post of how to have stopped showing. Can you repost the method please?

Based on the link that @rob#1 posted...here are the photos that stopped showing...

Note: Photo 2 depicts an optional and easy strap shortening method since I have smaller wrists...it provides a means to avoid possible strap overhang (see photo 8) due to the long length of the strap...

I figured it would look nice to wear the Kizzi strap it over my suit sleeve, but that proved too unpractical. Over the shirt gives it a more Gianni Agnelli appearance, which is fair enough.

We need more of those Agnelli-style shots of watches! That guy had style and class.

I have started wearing all my Speedies on strap this way recently. Bracelets however, would need an extra link ☺

Thanks. I can't take credit for the looping configuration...a gentleman by the name of "Rusty" (if I remember correctly) came up with the configuration and posted it on the internet.

Here are some pics from about an hour ago based on what I learned from "Rusty"...

LATE ENTRY: Pics lightened for clarity...

RIDICULOUSLY LATE ENTRY: Pics reposted. Also, pic 2 below shows an optional strap shortening method [via a simple fold] for those individuals with smaller wrists to avoid strap overhang regarding the end result [see pic 8 below]...

No worries...I wasn’t able to figure it out either...BUT...I was lucky enough to stumble across someone [on the internet] who had figured it out. 👍

Ben,

Check out GasGasBones, he makes bespoke straps for Speedies, you can choose the strap, buckle, text etc.

I forgot to post pics when I got the shuttle era strap from Kizzi. Alaska Project III was an appropriate choice. I also got the new long strap that was most prominently used in the Apollo 7 mission. Put the Alaska Project on it just to have the “space era” feel.

Each time I've asked to be notified when they're in stock, I usually get the email pretty quickly - like within a week or two. Makes me think he might be making them as people request them... My long apollo-era loop tape is amazing.

I went ahead and put myself down for short mil-spec as well as a short white one.
I've got my long Omega supplied velcro strap should the need arise lol.

Just used this thread to try on the NASA strap and I've been wearing it all day! At first I thought it was too tight for my liking, but then I just readjusted it (duh!) and now it's like I don't even have it on! Sweet! Even took it on my morning walk. Definitely better when I'm more in street clothes as opposed to work attire!

BTW why is it so hard to take good pictures of the watch on your wrist. Hahaha seems like I have to really stretch my arms out.

I found I needed to take the pic from farther away - something like arm's length - and then crop it to zoom in. With my iPhone 7 I have found it focuses much better from ~3 feet away than from inside 1 foot. I use an app on the phone called Enlight to crop, and sometimes to even apply filters.
