Having skimmed more of the article this morning I’m disappointed to see them walking back the online sales. I live in Vermont, the only way I’ll pick one of these up is if I find a friend willing to keep going into stores to find one for me. If these were fully stocked all the time than maybe it would be worth a trip to a store but I’m certainly not taking a trip to NYC in hopes of maybe getting one.

I'm in Vermont quite often, and NYC about twice a week. If you tell me what model you are interested in, I'd be happy to pop into the boutique. My service fee is a few Vermont craft brews.

·I was in Las Vegas about a month ago and got lucky in that I stopped in the swatch boutique in New York New York and they had just received a shipment of moonswatches a few minutes prior. My wife and I both ended up buying one (I got Earth and she got Venus). We had to do it in separate transactions, not use the same credit card and give the store our ID’s so they could put us in the Swatch system as purchasing one. They told us Swatch has strict rules that nobody is allowed to purchase more than one… ever. I thought this was crazy but the store manager insisted this is what Swatch is doing to minimize the scalpers.
