watchmaker for a Breitling Aerospace?

Hello! I was given my late grandfather’s non-working Breitling Aerospace, F56061. my mom got it serviced in 2017 by Breitling, but she said it stopped working relatively soon after she got it back and after the bezel popped off.

I want to get it fixed and was wondering if anybody knows a watchmaker good with quartz movements. I’m unsure if it’s just a battery that needs replacing, or the whole unit it dead. The hands don’t move when I wind the crown, so yeah.

Was wondering if anybody had any suggestions or advice. I’d prefer getting this running again (if that’s possible) rather than buying the same reference, since it was my grandfathers. We even have the original receipt from 12/31/1994, so I’m assuming it was a Christmas gift to himself.

Anyway, any advice is welcome.
