I occasionally fleetingly see watches with people’s faces on the dial and usually scroll right on past. You know, political figures, royalty, etc. But I’d quite like to take a closer look and perhaps discuss them in a dedicated thread.

Not on the dial, and not strictly a dictator, this one is up for auction in June at Dr Crott.
