··Color Commentator for the Hyperbole.No … because years ago we had a dishonest/ drug addicted cleaning person. My wife and I both had hectic careers, mine was 60% global travel, a kid, a dog and were too frazzled to notice the trickle of disappearances till she stole the x-mass gift cards out of bags destined for foster kids. Then we fired her and changed the locks. This is like putting out a buffet. The experience caused me to retire my beautiful Orbita winders and get a safe deposit box.

·Agree. I like to keep my watches in inconspicuous places. It won't deter a determined burglar, but I see no reason to advertise their presence.

·It all depends on where you live, some places/locations are just higher risk due to density and endemic criminality, other locations are more suburban or rural where crime is very low and neighbors are aware of who is coming and going. Every situation is different. Adjust your behavior to suit your circumstances.
