This watch in the collection I owned the longest got it when in the Navy used it for 20 years in the Navy then my civilian job working for parks and the tree crew for a city before I retired took a lot of abuse but still ticking jack at IWW did give it a tune up. Owned it since the early 1980's.

When I was a hell of a lot younger. But you see the same Seiko on the wrist. Since it was used when I was in the military I guess you can consider it military.
That's puts you about a generation before me, utmost respect. I chose the other Navy due to no other option.

First time uploading a picture here, so I hope I did it right...

Benrus H-6 that I was wearing when I commissioned. Then when I promoted, I picked up an Omega CK2064 that I dropped, so it's out of commission while I try to find someone who can repair it.

I started in the blue water navy was on two ships then did shore duty at a SIMA at a sail loft making 50 ft long boat covers and over 1000 lube oil bags for the USS Enterprise and flight deck nets got real tired of these WW2 era Singer sewing machines was about to get out at the end of that enlistment then the chief came in said your gone were am I going Special Boat Unit XI was like a gift horse in the mouth did not even have to put in for a transfer that unit made me stay in the Navy until retirement remember seeing that unit at Mare Island when on the USS Mauna Kea AE-22 a ammo ship a floating bomb you would never know what happened if it went up we would pull into Mare Island and would look at those green patrol boats and say dam that would be a cool unit to be in never thought I would be in it.
