Vintage Tudor Monte or Frankenstein’s monster?

Came across this being advertised as a Tudor Heritage 70330n. Not seen anything quite like it before with yellow hour markers. Old montecarlo I’m guessing or is it something that’s been pieced together. Shame there’s no movement pics.

Never seen anything like it. All the Monte Carlos I’ve ever seen had steel bezels. I think they misunderstood the term Heritage 😀

If you do a google image search for "Tudor Monte Carlo homeplate" there are lots of them with black bezels rather than steel. I can't speak to this watch otherwise, but it's not uncommon from looking at other examples.

If this is genuine it’s extremely rare with the black dial apparently.

That's a fake dial, along with a myriad of other issues (most likely). Trust it as far as you can throw it.

And I'll edit my post to provide more helpful context - look at the following points:
- Bezel typography is different in OP's / should be consistent with all Wildorf (Tudor and Rolex) bezels to this point in production.
- I would point to the overall quality of the dial. You can see the depth of the sub-dials (not present in OP's watch), as well as the finer texture of the minute track / outer ring in the picture below (versus OP's post). There are also subtle differences in the typography.
- The minute hand extends too far beyond the minute track in OP's post.
- OP's case appears to be too thick (though it could be a matter of distorted perception).

What’s the give away on the dial?

Overall the watch looks poorly put together...look at that gap between the dial and the case!
