I am dreaming of a moonphase watch! There are relatively few that are what I would like - automatic and 36 mm or less, unisex or ladies' style. I have my eye on some of the longines - they look great but I need to see it live in a boutique, so I;ll chck those out when I get a chance. Price and reputation both seem reasonable. Someday, but my list of wathces I'd like grows . . .

An unusual Valjoux 88, in rose gold. Most watches with this calibre have a useless hours subdial mucking up the moon phase window. Not this beauty.

That's a great piece, I have the same model, Leonidas 18k, IIRC Haste was their South American trademark.

Sadly I had to send the case for mine back as it was for a Venus 203 and my parts are for a Venus 206. I saw last night that someone else bought the 203 case that was relisted. I wonder if it was the person who bid against me. We were only a dollar apart in out bids. Hope it fits their movement.

A school watch from Ecole D'Horlogerie Le Loclle powered by a Valjoux 88 housed in a 36mm Spillman case.

Jesus. I need to get myself one of these. The Omegas are too hard to find in good condition. What are everyone's thoughts on Zodiac or Movado triple date moonphase? Prices are more reasonable at around $1k.

@cristos71 - leave some for the rest of us

I'm finally joining the club! This Zodiac 905 came in last week and I've been wearing it for the past two days. I love the dial and raised golden numbers.

I'm pretty sure the date pointer and seconds hand aren't original but I'm looking to get them replaced for something that looks similar (probably not worth the money to get original hands since this isn't a popular model).

Record Datofix in 18k yellow gold case and an inhouse Cal. 106C from circa the 1950s. Record was one of the very few houses that produced their own inhouse triple date - moonphase calibers along with Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantin and Jaeger LeCoultre.

Very nice. And I got this strangely compelling Valjoux 22 in stock a few months ago and haven't put it out for sale yet because I can't stop myself from wearing it!

Plus I like how it says Sex in one of the sub dials

Who knows this nice Teddy?
I somehow grow up with the series/TV-show related to it 馃榾

In front the very first tdmp I aquried few years ago. It was delivered in 1951 to Trinidad - Omega 2486 - which somehow make me addicted馃榾

Second on the picture - also a 2486 - was delivered in 1948 to Spain.

The black beauty - Omega 2606 - at the back was delivered in 1953 to Mexico.

For the Teddy (sadly not original) it would have been somewhat in the 1990s 馃榾

Is the 2606 a new arrival? I don't remember seeing that one before....the dial looks to be in great condition? Dibs!
