Lipstick or fingernail polish? My 5513 had some lipstick on the bezel insert.

Mr Spock is probably best suited to answer this question.

Up to around 2014, Omega put a bit of red wax or paint on the seam that would show if someone had removed the caseback.

This one's just a tad older than 2014 though...
    Here's the back:

I doubt very much that it is the original red wax from Omega.

What's the age of the watch?

About 50 years old give or take...
You think it's not the original wax seal?

It might be or might not be, its one of the easiest things you can apply to a watch to increase its perceived value and there are literally dozens of threads on this site about it in the past and a few about it being re-applied to watches by third parties.

Skepticism is healthy, especially in the current climate of vintage watches. Not entirely sure why you felt the need to link to a definition on google though.

Seems like it's handed here in high doses though...
Anyway, thought I'd share my new grail in a fun way... But Seems like most around here are way too jaded...

Sure is one helluva a nice watch.

Bracelet is probably not original tot the watch, but still a good looking option.
