Vintage Speedy Caseback Stamping?

Hi all, this watch was a gift from my grandfather from a few years ago. I was not sure if it was a 861 or 321 model so I took the caseback off to confirm. Upon doing so I noticed a “4.8” stamp and a “GB” stamp, does anyone have any idea what these might be referencing? Thanks!

I can't comment on '4.8' and 'GB' but be careful when you put the caseback back on the remains of the gasket falling into the watch could affect the movement!

Good tip, I noticed the gasket debris too so I didn’t actually get a look at the movement but just left the dust shield thing in place and reinstalled the caseback.
