Hello, I have a question that's driving me crazy as I've poured through chronomaddox, here, WUS, and many other forums that remarkably I can't seem to find a good answer for - does an inside case back that has 145.0022 and 345.0022 on an old Speedy that otherwise checks out to mid 70s (dial, movement number, script, bracelet, etc) match or does it mean the case back was replaced?

I've found plenty of back on forth on the meaning of the extra zero in the 145.0022 but I can't seem to find many references to the 345.0022 being on the inside case also. I've seen a single picture from a watcho listing with the both references and I don't believe I've seen any 145.0022 without the second reference, so I'm confused.

    All tips/pointers appreciated!
    Matt

Usually the 3 means it came on a bracelet from the factory.
