Ok, so I know I've created a Franken, but when I bought it, the hands were incorrect anyway - now it just has nicer wrong hands. Typically found on the 1st Gen SM300, but technically possible on a Gen 2 (but not one this late). Anyway it's better than it was, and I like it. Tiny bit of lume is missing unfortunately... Here it is with it's newly arrived Watchco son.

Looks rather pleasing, really. Comes across as rather modern.

Absolutely one on the most beautiful watches ever produced...unfortunately, it appears some of you are greedy and won't share 😀
Those of you that have multiple SM300's...please read this:

...and consider us poor unfortunate souls that would love to add a special piece to their collection, but have been unable to find one. Please help out a brother 😀

Hi all,

Any sm300 lover out there?

I'm new to omega, but when I strap this on there's an instant love😀

I only just realised that we're both SM300 owners from the +65!

Late to the part but I'll play, note the very clear pinholes in the BT dials at 12 and 6.

Crazy how much variation there is in the 300 bezels. The straigt 1 is my favorite.

Nice collection you have there, but the lumes on this one look too new to show the pin holes. Do you have some close up pictures of the lume area?

I'm sorry but I have no idea what you mean.
No close ups at the moment I'm afraid.

The lume plots look just too new in that picture.

"Too new to show the pinholes"?
"look too new"?
Once again I don't know what you mean.

Does it look new to you in the metal or it shows some ageing?

As usual a photograph shows up any imperfections, in the metal it looks even better, newer, pristine.

Newer, pristine as in a redial? Can you post a picture of the back?

I thought that was what you were getting at, why not just come out and say it?, I had to tease it out of you.

And no its not a re-dial, why not brush up on your Omega dial knowledge?

Newer, pristine as in a redial? Can you post a picture of the back?
