My “barn find” SM300. Discovered at a local flea market, after what appears to be 30-40 years in a drawer somewhere. Was found on a funky 70’s bracelet that said “Made in West Germany”. The watchmaker fixed the movement and crystal only. The case doesn’t seem to have seen much, if any, polish in it’s lifetime, and is marvelous despite it’s minor dings and scratches. A story like this is what makes this hobby fun and rewarding😀

I have had this a couple of weeks now and find it hard to take off.
It was serviced byAdam ( Lewis Watch co Perth), new main spring and accurate +-2 secs per day.
Amazing .

Mine is now at Bonhams waiting for June 21st fine watch sale. Going to miss this beauty, but it's just too expensive to wear.

Congrats! Is the dial writing white or gold?
Thank you. The dial writing is in white. She’s a 1968 model according to the serial.
